<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>12-14 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves<br />
1 cup all-purpose flour<br />
2 teaspoon poultry seasoning<br />
2 tablespoon olive oil<br />
2 tablespoon butter<br />
1/2 cup Marsala wine<br />
2 cup chopped portobello mushrooms<br />
2 cup chopped onion<br />
2 teaspoon dried rosemary<br />
4 slices  cheese</p>
<p>Directions</p>
<p>. Dredge the chicken breasts in the seasoned flour. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, fry the chicken in the oil for about 5 minutes each side, depending on the thickness. Remove the chicken and set aside (keep warm.)<br />
Deglaze pan with Marsala wine (deglazing is swirling or stirring a liquid in a pan to dissolve cooked food particles remaining on the bottom). Add the chopped mushrooms, chopped onions and rosemary. Saute for 5 minutes over high heat.<br />
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, baste with drippings, put cheese on the breasts and cook for another 2 1/2 minutes with the lid on tightly. Don&#8217;t touch the lid! Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes, until the breasts cook through. Check the seasoning and adjust. and enjoy.</p>

1  teaspoons fish sauce<br />
1/2 teaspoon black pepper<br />
2 tablespoon canola oil<br />
3 large cloves garlic, minced<br />
1 small red onion, sliced vertically into thin wedges<br />
2 eggs<br />
Salt</p>
<p>How to:</p>
<p>Peel the kohlrabi and cut into thick julienne. Beat the eggs with the fish sauce and black pepper. Heat the canola oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook for about 1 minute .Add the kohlrabi and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until softened. It should weep some liquid. However, feel free to splash in water and/or lower the heat if the skillet looks dry.<br />
Give the egg one last gentle beat then pour over the kohlrabi. Stir to combine and cook for another 30 seconds, until the egg has set. Remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate and serve with rice.</p>

<p>Cho cá, cháo ra tô, rắc tiêu, ăn kèm rau đắng, tương.</p>
<p><strong>Nguyên liệu:</strong><br />
- 700g cá lóc.<br />
- 200g nấm rơm.<br />
- 1/4 lon gạo dẻo.<br />
- 100g rau đắng.<br />
- 4 củ hành tím.<br />
- 50g tương hạt.<br />
- Tỏi băm, hành tím băm, ớt băm, bột năng, tiêu xay, đường, hạt nêm, muối, dầu ăn.<br />
<strong>Thực hiện:</strong><br />
- Cá lóc ướp với ít hạt nêm, tiêu. Nấm thái đôi. Bột năng hòa với ít nước. Rau đắng rửa sạch.<br />
-  Tương ngọt: Tương băm sợi. Phi thơm 1/2 thìa cà phê tỏi băm, 1/2 thìa  cà phê hành tím băm. Cho tương vào xào, nêm chút đường. Thêm bột nêm cho  sánh.<br />
- Luộc cá với 1 lít nước, hành tím đập giập, nêm 1/2 thìa cà  phê hạt nêm, vớt cá ra. Cho gạo vào nấu mềm, thêm nấm rơm vào nêm vừa  ăn.</p>

<p>Cho cháo ra bát, rưới nước cốt dừa lên, rắc vừng rang, ăn kèm dưa mắm.</p>
<p><strong>Nguyên liệu:</strong><br />
- 1/4 lon gạo đỏ.<br />
- 150g đậu đỏ.<br />
- 300g dừa nạo.<br />
- 2 thìa súp bột gạo.<br />
- 5 ngọn lá dứa.<br />
- 2 thìa súp đường.<br />
- 50g vừng rang.<br />
- 1 thìa cà phê muối.<br />
<strong>Thực hiện:</strong><br />
- Đậu đỏ ngâm với nước 3-4 tiếng. Lá dứa thái khúc.<br />
-  Nước cốt dừa: Dừa nhồi với 2/3 bát nước, vắt lấy cốt. Tiếp tục nhồi với  1.5 bát nước vắt lấy 2 bát nước gião. Cho 1/2 thìa cà phê muối, đường  vào 1 bát nước gião, đun sôi. Cho từ từ 2 thìa súp bột gạo vào, thêm  nước cốt, khuấy đều.<br />
- Nấu mềm đậu với phần nước gião dừa còn lại,  cho gạo, lá dứa, 1/2 thìa cà phê muối, 3 bát nước sôi vào nấu chung đến  khi mềm nhừ.</p>

<p>Múc cháo ra bát, trang trí rau mùi thái nhỏ, rắc tiêu.</p>
<p><strong>Nguyên liệu:</strong><br />
- 150g phi-lê thịt gà.<br />
- 100g gạo.<br />
- 100g bo bo.<br />
- 100g hạt đậu Hà Lan.<br />
- Rau mùi, tiêu.<br />
- 1 thìa súp hạt nêm.<br />
- 2 thìa cà phê đường.<br />
- 1 lít nước dùng.<br />
<strong>Thực hiện:</strong><br />
- Rang gạo trong chảo dầu nóng, để nguội. Sau đó cho gạo và bo bo vào nước dùng nấu nhừ.<br />
-  Thịt gà rửa sạch, thái miếng vừa ăn, ướp với chút hạt nêm, tiêu. Khi  cháo gần nhừ, cho thịt gà, hạt đậu Hà Lan vào, nấu đến khi hạt đậu chín  mềm, nêm nếm gia vị vừa ăn.</p>

<p>Cho cháo ra tô, rắc tiêu và hành lá.</p>
<p><strong>Nguyên liệu:</strong><br />
- 100g hạt sen tươi thông tim.<br />
- 50g đậu ván.<br />
- 50g trứng gà non.<br />
- 5 quả bạch quả.<br />
- Vài lát cam thảo.<br />
- 1 nắm gạo thơm.<br />
- 500ml nước dùng gà.<br />
- 2 thìa cà phê hạt nêm.<br />
- 2 thìa cà phê đường.<br />
- 1/2 thìa cà phê tiêu.<br />
- Hành lá, dầu ăn.<br />
<strong>Thực hiện:</strong><br />
-  Cam thảo rang sơ với lửa nhỏ cho thơm. Bạch quả tách vỏ. Trứng gà non  ướp với 1/2 thìa cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 thìa cà phê đường, xào chín với đầu  hành lá cho thơm. Phần hành lá còn lại thái nhỏ.<br />
- Gạo vo sạch, cho  vào nồi với hạt sen, đậu ván, cam thảo và nước dùng, đun sôi với lửa  nhỏ. Cho bạch quả, trứng gà non vào nấu tiếp đến khi gạo nở hoa (thêm  nước sạch nếu thiếu nước). Nêm vừa ăn, tắt bếp.</p>

<li><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: x-small;">Preheat the oven to 150<sup>o</sup>C/300<sup>o</sup>F/Gas  2.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: x-small;">Grease an oven proof dish. In a bowl,  mix         the rice with coconut milk, milk and 50 g sugar and tip it into  the oven         proof dish. Dot pieces of butter over the top and place the dish  in the         oven.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: x-small;">After 30 minutes, take the dish out and         gently stir in the toasted coconut.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: x-small;">Return it to the oven for a further 1  1/2         hours, or until almost all the milk is absorbed and a golden  skin has         formed on top of the pudding.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: x-small;">Using a sharp knife, peel the pineapple         and remove the core, then cut the flesh into bite-size cubes.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: x-small;">Towards the end of the cooking time,  heat         the oil in a wok or heavy pan.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: x-small;">Stir in the ginger and, as the aroma is         released, add the pineapple cubes, turning them over to sear on  both         sides. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and continue to cook  until the         pineapple is slightly caramelized.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: x-small;">Serve the rice pudding spooned into  bowls         and topped with the hot, caramelized pineapple and shavings of  toasted         coconut.</span></li>

<p>Dầu thực vật, mỡ để làm bánh quy, hoặc làm cho mỡ  tan.<br />
1 1/2 tách sữa.<br />
170g phó mát Roquefort (phó mát làm từ sữa dê), bẻ vụn.<br />
1 muỗng cà phê muối.<br />
tiêu đen xay.<br />
255g (2 tách) bột năng.<br />
6 cái trứng lớn.</p>
<p><strong>Cách Làm:</strong></p>
<p>Đặt cái vĩ nướng ở vị trí thấp nhất trong lò.  Đun nóng lò ở 204 độ C. Thoa dầu lên 12 miếng thiết để đặt bánh, hoặc  làm cho mỡ tan ra (không dùng bơ).<br />
Cho phó mát và sữa vào chảo, đun ấm trên lửa vừa cho đến khi phó  mát tan. Lấy chảo ra khỏi bếp, cho muối và tiêu vào đánh nhẹ (Bạn có  thể làm tan phó mát trong sữa trong một cái tách thuỷ tinh trong lò viba  ở công suất thấp trong 1 phút).<br />
Cho bột năng vào 1 cái chén vừa. Đánh trong hỗn hợp sữa cho đến  khi trộn đều. Tốt hơn là cho đến khi hỗn hợp bột này nổi những cục nhỏ.  Cho trứng vào cùng lúc với hỗn hợp bột, đánh kỹ sau mỗi lần cho thêm  vào. Đổ hỗn hợp trứng vào những miếng thiếc đã chuẩn bị sẵn và nướng  trong 20 phút ở 204 độ C. Đừng mở nắp lò, hạ lửa xuống còn 176 độ C và  tiếp tục nướng 15 phút nữa cho bánh vàng và phồng lên. Lấy bành ra khỏi  lò và ngay lập tức lấy chúng ra khỏi các miếng thiếc để giữ cho chúng  khỏi ẩm. Dùng dao soi một cái lỗ trên mỗi cái bánh để làm thoát hơi. Dọn  ngay hoặc hâm nóng trước khi dọn.<br />
