- Bột bánh: 200 gr cốm dẹp xanh</p>
<p>- 100 gr đường trắng</p>
<p>Nhân bánh:</p>
<p>- 50 gr đậu xanh cà đãi vỏ</p>
<p>- 50 gr đường trắng</p>
<p>- Nước hoa bưởi</p>
<p>- 50 gr mứt bí, cắt nhuyễn</p>
<p>- Khuôn bánh</p>
<p>- Bao nilon</p>
<p>- Dầu ăn</p>
<p><strong>CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)</strong><br />
- Nhân bánh: đậu xanh nấu chín, xay nhuyễn, sên đường. Trộn đều đậu xanh, mứt bí, nước hoa bưởi. Chia nhân làm 5 phần.</p>
<p>- Bột bánh: Cốm nhặt sạch, nhúng nước rửa nhanh, đem hấp khoảng 10-15 phút. Nấu 100 gr đường với 50 gr nước cho tan đường, cho ngay cốm đã hấp vào sên, để lửa nhỏ cho đến khi hơi se lại. Tắt bếp, cho 01 lít nước có hương hoa bưởi vào trộn đều, chia 10 phần.</p>
<p>- Đóng bánh: Trải nilon ra thoa dầu. Cho 1 phần cốm vào nilon ép mỏng cho vào khuôn đã được thoa dầu, ép phần bột bánh tải đều. Sau đó cho 1 phần nhân vào khuôn lại tiếp tục ép. Cuối cùng là 1 phần cốm, tải đều phần bột cốm và ép khuôn cho đều.</p>
