<p>Bột bánh bông lan<br />
6 hột gà<br />
150g đường<br />
120g bột mì<br />
30g bột cacao<br />
Kem sô cô la<br />
500g sô cô la<br />
500g kem<br />
100g praline<br />
Nấm trang trí<br />
4 lòng trắng hột gà<br />
250g đường bột</p>
<p><strong>Cách Làm:</strong></p>
<p>* Bột bánh bông lan<br />
Ðánh trứng và đường cho bông, trộn bột mì và bột ca cao vào thật nhẹ tay. Ðổ từng lớp mỏng lên khay có lót giấy chống dính, bỏ lò, để nguội.<br />
* Kem sô cô la<br />
Làm chảy cách thuỷ sô cô la, trộn với kem tươi<br />
Chia đôi hỗn hợp, lấy 1 nửa trộn với praline, một nửa để riêng<br />
* Nấm trang trí<br />
Ðánh bông lòng trắng hột gà với đường bột. Cho vào túi thụt, thụt thành hình mấy cây nấm (chân và tán nấm) lên trên giấy chống dính, bỏ lò cho cứng.<br />
* Làm bánh<br />
Phết lên bánh bông lan một lớp mỏng, đều kem sô cô la trộn pralin, cuộn tròn như hình khúc gỗ. Ðặt lên trên lưới để trên khay, đổ phủ 1 lớp kem sô cô la. Ghép đầu nấm vào chân nấm để dính lên bánh trang trí. Có thể làm ít kem, bơ đánh với đường trộn màu thực phẩm xanh, đỏ, vàng để vẽ dây leo, hoa lá trang trí trên bánh.</p>

<p>- 2 TBS kem (whipping cream)<br />
- 40 gR bơ<br />
- ½ chén dừa nạo<br />
- 200 gr chocolate<br />
- 1 cup dừa nạo</p>
<p><strong>Cách Làm:</strong></p>
<p>Bơ và whipping cream mang đi nấu cho tan sau đó để qua 1 bên rồi cho chocolate vô cho tan và quậy đều . Rồi cho dừa nạo vô trộn. Rồi bỏ vô khuông 20x 20. Sau đó bỏ vô tủ lạnh (tủ đá thì lẹ hơn nếu làm gấp ) cho tới khi nào nó cứng rồi lấy ra cắt từng miếng rồi vò thành 1 cục tròn . Kế tiếp là bọc cục kẹo ở ngoài bằng dừa nạo . Rồi bỏ vô tủ lạnh hay tủ đá cho nó cứng lại .<br />
Với recipe này các bạn sẽ làm ra được 12 cục kẹo</p>

<p><strong>CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)</strong><br />
Bột bánh bông lan</p>
<p>Đánh trứng và đường cho bông, trộn bột mì và bột ca cao vào thật nhẹ tay. Đổ từng lớp mỏng lên khay có lót giấy chống dính, bỏ lò, để nguội.</p>
<p>Kem chocolate</p>
<p>Làm chảy cách thuỷ chocolate, trộn với kem tươi<br />
Chia đôi hỗn hợp, lấy 1 nửa trộn với praline, một nửa để riêng</p>
<p>Nấm trang trí</p>
<p>Đánh bông lòng trắng hột gà với đường bột. Cho vào túi thụt, thụt thành hình mấy cây nấm (chân và tán nấm) lên trên giấy chống dính, bỏ lò cho cứng.</p>
<p>Làm bánh</p>
<p>Phết lên bánh bông lan một lớp mỏng, đều kem chocolate trộn pralin, cuộn tròn như hình khúc gỗ. Đặt lên trên lưới để trên khay, đổ phủ 1 lớp kem chocolate. Ghép đầu nấm vào chân nấm để dính lên bánh trang trí. Có thể làm ít kem, bơ đánh với đường trộn màu thực phẩm xanh, đỏ, vàng để vẽ dây leo, hoa lá trang trí trên bánh.</p>
