- 500 g dưa leo, bỏ ruột, cắt lát mỏng.</p>
<p>- 100 g cà rốt bào mỏng.</p>
<p>- 1 củ cà rốt, tỉa tròn.</p>
<p>- 300 g thịt chân giò, luộc chín, thái sợi.</p>
<p>- 200 g tôm sú hay tôm đất, hấp chín, bóc vỏ, chừa đuôi.</p>
<p>- 1 củ hành tây, thái mỏng.</p>
<p>- 2 quả trứng vịt, tráng mỏng thành miếng đường kính 20 cm.</p>
<p>- Húng cây.</p>
<p>- Lạc rang giã dập.</p>
<p>- Hành phi vàng.</p>
<p>- Ớt thái lát.</p>
<p>- Chanh, rau mùi, đường.</p>
<p>- Nước mắm chua ngọt.</p>
<p><strong>CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)</strong><br />
Xóc dưa leo và cà rốt với đường khoảng 15 phút, vắt ráo nước.</p>
<p>Dùng vỏ dưa leo tỉa số mặt đồng hồ.</p>
<p>Trộn dưa leo, cà rốt với thịt, tôm, rau thơm, hành tây, nước mắm.</p>
<p>Cho gỏi vào khuôn tròn, ấn nhẹ, trút ra đĩa, xếp miếng trứng hình vành khăn lên đĩa, để các con số chỉ giờ, tỉa kim đồng hồ bằng cà rốt.</p>
<p>Thưởng thức:</p>
