<p>1 1/3 cup đậu phọng rang vàng không có vỏ<br />
1 3/4 cup đường<br />
1/4 cup nước<br />
3 tablespoon light corn syrup<br />
2 tablespoon bơ<br />
1/3 cup mè rang<br />
1/2 teaspoon baking soda</p>
<p><strong>Cách Làm:</strong></p>
<p>Cho đường, nước, syrup vào soong nấu cho tan đường, sau đó thì cho bơ vào nấu chừng nào nước đường đổi sang màu vàng và dẻo dẻo như mật ong, tắt bếp , cho đậu phọng và baking soda vào trộn đềụ<br />
Bánh tráng nếu mua được thì good, còn không thì lấy bánh tráng loại ăn gỏi cuốn cũng được . trải ra khay sẵn sàng, trút kẹo lên bánh tráng, dùng thìa tải mỏng ra, làm nhanh thật nhanh, kẻo kẹo nó cứng lại là không dàn đều ra được đâu, xong rắc mè lên, chờ nguội lấy dao bén cắt, còn không thì bẻ ra cũng ngon như thường.<br />

<p>300gr đường,<br />
100ml white corn syrup ,(bán ở các siêu thị)<br />
300gr đậu phộng ( có thể thay thế 300gr peacan )<br />
1/3 muỗng nhỏ vanille,<br />
1/3 muỗng nhỏ baking soda.(bicarbonate)<br />
I chén nước lạnh,</p>
<p><strong>CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)</strong><br />
Ðể sẵn khay đổ kẹo.khay có lót giấy bạc. (aluminum)<br />
đường , nước lạnh ,white corn syrup vào xoong , nấu vừa lửa, cho đến khi thấy đường sôi bọt nhỏ, thử đường (nhỏ đường vào một chén nước lạnh, nếu thấy đường đông cứng như cái cúc áo) lúc này nên để ý, tiếp tục khuấy trên bếp ,khi màu đường vừa ngả màu vàng (caramel) phía sát đáy chảo , lấy ra khỏi lửa, cho vanille, baking soda vào khuậy đều nhanh tay, cho đậu vào trộn và đổ ra khay, trét kẹo mỏng dầy tuỳ ý. (đừng để đường có màu vàng đậm ,kẹo ăn sẽ đắng)<br />
chờ kẹo nguội , cầm cả miếng giấy bạc, đập mạnh , kẹo sẽ vỡ ra từng miếng nhỏ .</p>

500 gr đậu phộng đã chín dòn, làm vỏ sạch.<br />
300gr đường trắng,<br />
300 gr mè (vừng) đã chín dòn .(mè còn sống bỏ vào lò với độ nóng 300 độ C thỉnh thoảng nhớ đảo để mè chín đều, nhìn mè hơi ngả màu vàng, nên ăn thử thấy dòn ,thơm là được)<br />
100 ml white corn syrup (sirop màu trắng,bán ở các chợ ngoại quốc)<br />
¼ muỗng nhỏ vanille.</p>
<p>Làm kẹo lạc theo kiểu này dễ làm , không cần chanh, không sợ lại đường, và kẹo lại trắng trong đẹp)<br />
<strong>CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)</strong><br />
trải mè xuống mặt bàn khoảng 20cm đường kính, trải mè tròn như vòng tròn.<br />
đổ đường, syrup vào một chảo nấu sôi (lửa vừa) thỉnh thoảng khuậy đẻ đường không đọng xung quanh chảo, khoảng vài phút thấy đường sôi với bọt nhỏ , ( thử đường , nhỏ 1 giọt đường vào chén nước , nếu thấy đường đông như cái cúc áo, ăn thử dòn tan) là lẹ tay nhắc chảo ra khỏi bếp, trút tất cả vanille va đậu vao chảo , trôn lẹ tay, rồi đổ tất cả lên mặt mè đã trải sẵn lúc nảy,</p>
<p>nhanh tay dùng dao lớn (đầu dao vuông dễ làm,) trét kẹo ra để dễ cán, dùng chày cán kẹo , cán nhanh tay và nhấc chay nhanh tay để kẹo không dính vào chày, vừa cán vừa dùng dao đẩy kẹo lại cho vuông để lát nữa cắt thành miếng đẹp theo ý mình,cán mỏng độ dầy khoảng 1/3 cm hoặc cán dầy mỏng hơn tùy ý,<br />
cắt kẹo theo chiều dài (1 lằn dài) thành từng miếng dài khoảng 6 ,7 cm, rồi lấy từng miếng kẹo dài ra chỗ khác để dễ cắt và cắt kẹo theo chiều dọc, (lúc này cắt từng miếng nhỏ khoảng 1cm đễ dễ cầm ăn, (cách cắt kẹo,dùng dao để sát trên mặt kẹo, rồi dùng tay trái cầm đầu dao và nhấn cả con dao xuống kẹo nhanh tay ,chứ không phải cắt như các loại bánh mềm,)để vào keo đậy kín, kẹo sẽ giữ được lâu .</p>
