200 gr măng tươi.<br />
100 g thịt nguội.<br />
2 quả cà chua chín đỏ.<br />
1 củ hành tây nhỏ.<br />
Giấm, muối, đường, dầu ăn.</p>
<p><strong>CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)</strong><br />
Măng tây tước bỏ phần xơ, rữa sạch, thái khúc 5 cm.<br />
Đun sôi nướ c, cho vào chút muối và đường. Cho măng tây vào chần khoảng 5 phút.<br />
Vớt măng ra, ngâm trong nước đá lạnh để giữ được độ giòn và xanh hơn.<br />
Hành tây thái khoanh mỏng theo chiều dọc.<br />
thịt nguội thái sợi như thịt.<br />
trồn đều măng tây, thịt nguội, cà chua, hànht ây với chút giấm, muối, đường, dầu ăn.<br />
Dọn rau trộn ra đĩa. Món này dùng với bánh mì rất ngon.</p>
