<strong>CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)</strong><br />
Giò heo cạo sạch, chặt làm đôi theo chiều dọc, sau đó mỗi bên chặt làm ba.</p>
<p>Hành tím nướng cho thơm xong bóc vỏ, bằm nhuyễn.</p>
<p>Cho vào nồi 1 lít nước, bỏ giò heo và hành tím vào, vớt bọt thật kỹ để lửa nhỏ hầm khoảng 60&#8242;, vớt giò ra rổ xả lại bằng nước lạnh cho nguội, nước luộc giò để nguội xong lọc lấy nước dùng để riêng.</p>
<p>Măng lột ra, chặn mắt để lấy chổ non, rửa sạch xắt sợi lớn, đem luộc khoảng 10&#8242; cho bớt đắng .</p>
<p>Nấu sôi nước dùng , cho giò heo và măng vào hầm trên lửa nhỏ khoảng 20&#8242;, nêm nếm vừa ăn, nhắc xuống, múc giò heo hầm măng ra tô, rắc tiêu , hành lá, dùng nóng.</p>

<p>Tỏi, hành , bột ngọt , muối</p>
<p>Bánh  tráng đa .</p>
<p>2 bánh tráng mặn</p>
<p>·        1 trứng gà</p>
<p>·        Gia vị: tiêu ,muốI, đường, bột khoai tây,nước tương ngon,dầu hào,rượu trắng.</p>
<p><strong>CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)</strong><br />
Chuẩn bị :</p>
<p>Măng bằm nhỏ bằng sợi len. Tôm bóc vỏ bỏ vào chén với chút nước mắm.</p>
<p>Thịt ba rọi xắt nhỏ.</p>
<p>Mè trắng rang vàng</p>
<p>Đậu phộng rang vàng .</p>
<p>*Thực hiện:</p>
<p>Măng bỏ vào nồi luộc chín, cho vào một chút muối .</p>
<p>Khi chín rồi, dội vào nước lạnh cho nguội, vắt khộ</p>
<p>Phi hành mỡ cho thơm, bỏ tôm thịt xào đều, nêm vừa miệng cho thấm.</p>
<p>Bỏ vào chaỏ chút dầu, cho lửa riu riu , bỏ măng trộn đều, cho tôm thịt vào trộn đềụ</p>
<p>Nêm muối bột ngọt vừa miệng.</p>
<p>Cho mè đã giã, trộn đều cho thơm</p>
<p>*Trình bày :</p>
<p>Măng trộn vào đĩa bàn tròn, cho tôm thịt lên mặt cho đẹp.</p>

<p>300g xương heo</p>
<p>1kg cá bông lau hoặc cá hú.</p>
<p>Rau om + ngò gai + rau quế</p>
<p>2 trái ớt</p>
<p>bún nhỏ</p>
<p>Muối, đường, bột ngọt</p>
<p>6 tép tỏi, dầu ăn ,nước mắm ngon.</p>
<p>4 củ hành tím.</p>
<p><strong>CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)</strong><br />
Măng : ngâm măng chua hoặc măng tươi, gọt sạch, bỏ phần già lấy phần non bào mỏng ngâm với chút muối + nước vo gạo ngập mặt, đậy kín lại 2-3 ngày sau dùng được. Măng để ráọ</p>
<p>Xương heo rửa sạch, bỏ 2 lít nước vào nấu sôi, cho xương heo vào hầm lửa riu riu vớt bọt. Lọc lại nước lèo cho trong.</p>
<p>Cá làm sạch khứa dày 1 cm để ráọ</p>
<p>Rau om + ngò gai + quế lặt rửa sạch thái nhuyễn.</p>
<p>Ớt bào mỏng, tỏi đập dập bóc vỏ bằm nhuyễn phi vàng.</p>
<p>Hành tím bóc vỏ bào mỏng theo chiều xuôi phi vàng.</p>
