(4 phần ăn): Thịt cua hấp chín: 200 g, bắp cải trắng: 200 g, bắp cải tím: 100 g, cà rốt: 1 củ, hành tây: 1 củ, củ kiệu: 100 g, ớt: 1 trái, húng cây: một ít, 50 g đậu phộng rang, 1 trái thanh long.</p>
<p><strong>CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)</strong><br />
Bắp cải rửa sạch, bào sợi để ráo. Cà rốt, củ hành tây, ớt cắt sợi. Pha 2 muỗng xúp nước mắm, 2 muỗng xúp đường và một muỗng xúp chanh thành nước mắm trộn gỏi. Trộn đều các loại rau củ rồi rưới nước mắm vào.</p>
<p>Cắt đôi trái thanh long, múc bỏ bớt ruột. Cho rau trộn vào, để thịt cua lên trên, rắc đậu phộng và trang trí thêm rau húng. Gỏi cua ăn với bánh phồng tôm.</p>
